How the refill works, and how to stop it.

Here we set out the monthly refill: when it starts, what it costs, and how to end it. Nothing is hidden in a checkbox.

01. What it is

The monthly refill sends you one carton of thirty sticks per month, in the formula you choose, without having to reorder. It costs 39.90 per month, delivery included. Chosen with the Journey, it brings the Journey from 179.— down to 159.—. If your refill does not yet include a bottle, the Mini bottle is offered with the third shipment.

02. When the first charge happens

The date depends on what you ordered. It is shown before you confirm, in the same place as the price.

- With the Journey: four months, one per formula, are paid at the time of the order. The refill only starts in the fifth month. You pay nothing in advance.

- After the Discovery Box: the refill is not part of the box order. We offer it afterwards; if you accept, the first charge happens fourteen days after your box order.

- With the Duo (Mini bottle and a first carton): the first charge happens one month after the order.

- Refill alone, without a box or a Journey: the first month is paid at the time of the order, then one charge per month.

If you have not yet chosen your formula at the time of the order, we write to you before the first shipment to ask for it; you can also choose it from your account.

Three days before each charge, we write to tell you what is about to ship, when, and at what price. This e-mail always contains the link to postpone, change or stop.

03. The price

The refill comes in three tiers, changeable every month: one formula, thirty sticks, 39.90; two formulas, sixty sticks, 59.90; all four formulas, one hundred and twenty sticks, 99.—. The amount is billed at the rate shown on your subscription page at the time of the charge. Any price change is announced at least thirty days in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

04. Postpone, change, pause

From your account, in one click: postpone a delivery by one month, switch formula, move to two cartons, or pause. None of these actions is charged.

05. Cancel

At any time, from your account, without giving a reason, without notice and without fees. Cancellation takes effect immediately: the next charge does not happen.

A delivery already handed to the carrier at the time of cancellation is delivered to you and remains due. If you prefer to write, an e-mail to support@oya.organic is enough and we treat it as a cancellation.

06. Failed payment

If a charge fails, we let you know and retry twice over ten days. If unsuccessful, the subscription is suspended — no reminders, no fees.
